Build Your Future
Build Your Future is a partnership of Lambeth-based voluntary and community sector organisations offering employment support to young people living in Lambeth and Southwark.
This targeted employment programme supports young people (aged 16-24) who are not currently in employment, education or training. It builds up their confidence and develops their employability skills, helping them to access good quality jobs and education opportunities.
During regular meetings, young people receive support with: career planning, CV writing, developing their interview skills, identifying job vacancies, writing applications and receiving financial assistance to help with getting into employment.
We are delivering this programme in partnership with other Lambeth-based voluntary and community sector organisations: Rathbone, Juvenis, Spiral and Indoamerican Refugee and Migrant Organisation (IRMO).
This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
