Youth Employment
The High Trees Careers and Employment team provides one-to-one employment support for young people aged 16-24.
We are currently delivering free, person centred employment support for young people (aged 16-24) living in Lambeth or Southwark, who are not currently in employment, education or training. This programme is being delivered in partnership with other Lambeth voluntary and community based organisations. It can help support young people who are looking for their first employment or wanting to re-join the workforce.
Our support offer includes help with:
- Career planning
- CV writing
- Developing their interview skills
- Identifying job vacancies
- Writing job applications
- Financial assistance to help with getting into employment.
