We are excited to share our new range of resources for the voluntary and community sector. These resources form part of our commitment to contribute to a thriving voluntary and community sector as a core part of our work.
A practical guide to collaborative working
Over the past year, High Trees have been developing a practical guide to collaborative working to support organisations in the process of forming new partnerships, strengthen existing partnerships or seeking to build strong collaborative relationships. The guide is based on the direct experience of our own thriving Lambeth partnerships, and has been developed with partners from the Building Young Brixton Partnership and the Lambeth Community Hubs Network contributing to testing and providing feedback on the resources.
The guide is now available online and includes a roadmap for organisations wishing to develop models of collaborative working and 29 tools and templates to support organisations with the practical steps required to implement partnership working. This work has been funded by The Cornerstone Fund as part of their work towards supporting stronger organisations and partnerships.
A guide to delivering person-centred employment services
We have developed this practical guide and accompanying tools and templates for community organisations delivering person-centred employment support. This guide draws on our direct experience delivering employment services in Lambeth, with a particular focus on helping those with multiple or significant barriers. We hope it will be a useful resource for organisations setting up an employment service for the first time or those already delivering services wishing to review and reflect on their current practice.
We will be testing both of these resources further over the coming months and welcome feedback from organisations as they use them.
All resources are now available on the High Trees website.
