Yoga for Mindfulness

This course focuses on yoga practice, mediation and breathing exercises for relaxation and stress reduction. This class runs every Tuesday (time tbc) at the High Trees Hub - 220 Upper Tulse Hill SW2 2NS

Open to all adults (19+), with priority given to L&Q residents.
