Sewing together
This is a creative community well-being course introducing you to sewing techniques. It is suitable for both beginners and more experienced creatives. For example, doodle stitching- learning the 5 main stitches for repair, upcycling – a creative re-use project.
Sewing for Wellbeing aims to boost confidence and improve mental and emotional well-being. The sessions provide an excellent opportunity to explore mindfulness and creativity, learn new techniques, and enjoy the power of expressing yourself through textiles. You’ll benefit from a supportive and inclusive environment, connecting with others who share your interests.
