At the end of July, the High Trees Education team, along with 13 learners, attended the Lambeth Adult Learning Awards. This event celebrated the achievements of both staff and learners involved in Adult Learning across Lambeth.
The day began with engaging activities and a lively discussion focusing on ways to incorporate environmental awareness, wellbeing and mental health support in learning. This was followed by the highlight of the day, the Adult Learning staff and learner awards ceremony. We are incredibly proud of all the achievements of the staff and learners in the High Trees Education and Training team. It was great to see the team receive so many nominations and awards!
We are especially thrilled to announce that two of our learners received the Outstanding Learner Award, a testament to their determination and inspiring attitude towards learning.
Outstanding Learner Award Winners:

Outstanding Learner Award Nominees:

In addition to these achievements, our colleague Giuseppe Grauso was awarded the Outstanding Colleague Award, and Louise Carolin received a nomination for the same category.
