Young Leaders Programme

Our Young Leaders Programme is aimed young people aged 15-19, who are interested in a career as a Youth and Play worker.

As a young person, you will start by volunteering during some of our evening or Saturday sessions, receive safeguarding training and support from one of our Youth and Play workers before being paid to work during some of our play sessions. Once you have completed the programme, you will be eligible to become a paid sessional play worker at the playground, receive a reference for future employment and access employment advice from our in-house Employment and Careers team.
